7. Modification of stay

8. Cancellation of stay

9. Force majeure

11. Complaints, disputes

Any complaint must be made to the establishment within 7 days of the date of stay.In the absence of recourse to the conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative dispute resolution method within 30 days, each of the parties may refer the matter to the competent court.

12. Responsibilities

It is up to the Establishment to take all guarantees and insurance necessary for the reception of the public in its Establishment and for the exercise of its activity.The establishment does not provide custody of goods or objects.The customer must ensure the safekeeping of his goods and materials. The customer must inform the establishment of any degradation of which he is at the origin. 13. Relocation

In the event of an exceptional event or the impossibility of making the reserved accommodation available to the customer or in the event of force majeure, the establishment undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible of any modification beyond its control likely to modify comfort or disturb the enjoyment of the rented property (nuisance, equipment breakdown, etc.). 14. Mediation
